Modalities
Witnessing the healing power of the creative arts has inspired me to bring this into my work with clients, including art, movement, collage and various other modalities into sessions.
Using somatic techniques in my practice has allowed me to see the depth of healing that can occur when the body and mind connect. There is a wisdom in our bodies and when we access this we can utilize this wisdom in our work together.
Although both somatic and creative/expressive arts are areas of interest for me I work with clients in more traditional ways as well.

When working with children I implement  primarily non-directive child centered play, getting down to the child's level and using the themes they bring to therapy as a launching place for further exploration.
