Meet my Team
Katie Page Registered Associate MFT
Hi there, I'm Katie Page. I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) dedicated to fostering a safe, trusting, and authentic environment where true collaboration can take place. I bring warmth and compassion to my therapeutic approach, supporting you in exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with patience and care. I believe in the power of self-compassion, deep understanding, and the mind-body connection, all of which contribute to a stronger, more fulfilling relationship with yourself. For the past three years, I have worked as a therapist in both community clinic settings and school-based therapy programs. My style is deeply relational, fostering collaboration while always leading with empathy and curiosity.
I am currently offering in person and remote for adults, teens, and couples. My clients often seek support for relational challenges, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, life transitions, and the broad spectrum of identity exploration. I integrate various therapeutic approaches, including attachment-based, Internal Family Systems, psychodynamic, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, tailoring my work to meet each person where they are. My goal is to help you understand, navigate, and, when necessary, heal the patterns that may be impacting your well-being. Outside of therapy, you can find me at the movie theater (call me old-fashioned), trying new restaurants, or traveling to places near and far. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing, growth, and greater well-being. You can reach me at 707-353-4798 and [email protected] |

FAQ's
1. What is an associate therapist?
An associate therapist is someone who has completed their graduate degree in counseling or psychology and is registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, but is still working toward the hours required for full licensure. Think of it like a medical residency — the training is complete, but the clinical hours are still accumulating. At this practice, all associate work is clinically supervised by me, Emily Morrison, a fully licensed MFT. This means I am actively involved in reviewing cases, providing guidance, and ensuring the quality of care meets the same standard as my own. Seeing an associate is a safe and clinically sound choice, and many clients find it to be an excellent fit.
2. What are your associates' fees?
Sessions with Katie Page or Gabi Baylor are $140 for a 55-minute session, compared to my fee of $175. Like me, my associates do not accept insurance but can provide superbills for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Both associates also offer a limited number of sliding scale slots for clients who need additional fee flexibility. If cost has been a barrier to starting therapy, working with an associate is a great way to access quality care at a lower rate.
3. What does clinical supervision mean, and how does it protect me as a client?
Clinical supervision means that my associates consult with me regularly about their caseload, treatment approaches, and any clinical questions that arise. As the supervising clinician, I am professionally and ethically responsible for the work happening in this practice. You will not be meeting with me directly as part of this process, but the oversight structure ensures that there is an experienced, licensed clinician actively supporting your care behind the scenes.
4. Which associate might be a good fit for me?
Katie Page works with adults, teens, and couples and is especially well suited for people navigating relational challenges, anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions, and identity exploration. Her approach is warm and relational, drawing on attachment-based therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
Gabi Baylor specializes in working with teens, adults, and families in the disability community, including those living with chronic illness and chronic pain. She brings over 20 years of personal lived experience with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome and integrates Pain Reprocessing Therapy, CBT, and DBT into her work. Gabi also welcomes Spanish-speaking clients.
If you're unsure who might be the best fit, feel free to reach out and I'm happy to help point you in the right direction.
5. Do your associates accept insurance or offer sliding scale?
My associates do not accept insurance, but like me they can provide superbills after each session for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Both Katie and Gabi offer a limited number of sliding scale slots, so if their standard rate of $140 is a stretch, it's worth asking about availability when you reach out.
6. Are your associates currently accepting new clients?
Yes — both Katie Page and Gabi Baylor are currently accepting new clients for in-person sessions in Santa Rosa and telehealth sessions throughout California. If you've been thinking about reaching out, now is a good time as availability can change. You can contact Katie directly at 707-353-4798 or Gabi at 707-390-8367 to get started.
