Sacred Body Circle Earth My Temple · Body My Altar
Six in-person ceremonies.
Six thresholds into the body you were born into.
As Above · So Below
We have been taught to seek the sacred outside ourselves — in temples, in rituals, in distant lands. This circle calls you back. Back to the breath. Back to the bones. Back to the body as the original altar.
The Sacred Body Circle is a six-part in-person ceremony series held in Santa Rosa, California — a healing space for those ready to stop waiting to feel at home in themselves. Moving through the ancient elements — Air, Fire, Water, Earth — and arriving at the heart and the cosmos, each gathering is a complete ceremony and a single bead on one unbroken thread.
This is a healing space — and healing begins with remembering. The ceremony was always inside you. The altar doesn't need building. It needs tending.
Six ceremonies. One living altar. Open to all who are called.
This is a closed group. Seats are limited to allow for deep trust, genuine connection, and a truly held space. Registrants are asked to commit to all six sessions — each circle builds on the last, and the container depends on the presence of every person in it.
We gather on Tuesday evenings from 5:30 – 7:00 pm. Each session is a complete ceremony and a sacred container unto itself.

Emily Morrison
Wise Woman WitcheryEmily Morrison is a licensed psychotherapist with specialized training in somatic approaches to healing. Her work is grounded in the understanding that the body holds the deepest wisdom — and that true healing happens not just in the mind, but in the bones, the breath, and the lived experience of being in a body.
For over a decade, Emily has been facilitating women's groups and healing circles, creating containers of safety, depth, and collective transformation. She brings to this work a rare combination of clinical skill and ceremonial presence — weaving somatic psychotherapy, embodiment practices, and earth-based ritual into experiences that meet women where they are and invite them into something deeper.
The Sacred Body Circle is an in-person healing container for women ready to tend the body as holy ground.

The Stories We Live In
Unmasking the Narrative Body
We are shaped by the stories we inherited before we had words for them. This circle turns toward the tales we tell about our bodies, our worth, and our place in the world — and asks which ones are truly ours. Through breath, voice, and witness, we begin to loosen what no longer belongs and speak ourselves into something truer.
Circle Two · April 28
□Fire
The Great Shedding
Awaken, Release, Transform
Something in you is ready to burn. This circle is an invitation to meet the heat of transformation — to release what has calcified, awaken what has gone dormant, and let the body move through its own alchemy. Fire does not destroy. It clarifies. Come ready to shed a skin.
Circle Three · May 12
□Water
The Feeling Body
Flow, Shape, Receive
Water does not resist — it reveals. This circle drops beneath the surface into the fluid, feeling body: the emotions that live in the hips, the grief stored in the chest, the joy that moves like a current when we stop holding still. Here we practice the sacred art of letting ourselves be moved.
Circle Four · May 26
□Earth
Root and Bone
Coming Home to the Body
Before you are anything else, you are matter. Mineral. Ancient. Earth. This circle returns you to the ground of your own body — to the bones that hold you, the feet that carry you, the flesh that belongs to the land. Here we remember that the body is not something to be fixed or overcome. It is home.
Circle Five · June 16
□Center
The Heart Knows
Love as Sacred Practice
At the center of all things lives the heart. This circle is a devotional — to the body as an act of love, to tenderness as a spiritual practice, to the radical softness of truly belonging to yourself. We gather here to let the heart be heard, held, and honored.

The Living Altar
Closing Ceremony & Integration
You came to this circle carrying questions. You leave carrying yourself differently. This final gathering weaves the threads of all five elements into one unbroken cord — a ceremony of integration, remembrance, and dedication. As the cosmos moves above, so it moves through you. You are the bridge. You are the temple. You always were.
The ceremony was always inside you.
Six evenings. One living altar. Come as you are. Bring your breath, your bones, your longing.
