The Mind Body Bridge
Somatic Interventions with Children
About the Workshop
Where Play Meets the Body
Children learn about their world through play — using their bodies and imaginations to make sense of and express their feelings and experiences. When we pair play with movement, stillness, and connection to the body, we open new avenues of understanding, regulation, and support.
Together we will use movement and play to practice interventions, explore case studies in a clinical context, and discover somatic approaches to the developmental needs children bring into our work.
